your fees?

If you are a candidate, there is no charge to you. Our fees are paid by the
companies who hire our recruited/referred candidates.
What is
your fee?
A. Our
fee is 20% of the candidates' first year salary.
What
kind of guarantee do you provide?
A. We guarantee our placement for 90 days.
Will you
recruit candidates from your clients?
A. No.
Once a client does business with us, we cannot call any of their employees for
the purpose of trying to recruit them.
What if
I'm a candidate who presently works for one of your clients and I call you to
help me look for another position?
A. We
will advise you that we must decline your request for placement assistance
while you are actively employed by our client. Rest assured that your inquiry
will remain confidential.
Will you
provide me with a list of references?
A. Yes!
Just call or email your request. We'll give you both company (client) and
candidate references (of people we have successfully placed).
